Orders and contract
Product listings are an invitation to order. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by email. Prices include applicable VAT; shipping is calculated at checkout.
Payment
Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers. We never store your full payment details.
Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from the purchase within fourteen days of receiving the goods, provided products are unused and in their original packaging. Write to natalie@matinataskincare.com to begin a return; we will confirm the return address. Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the goods are faulty.
Faulty or damaged goods
Statutory warranty rights apply. If a product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with your order number and photographs and we will replace or refund it.
Use of the formulas
Matinata formulas are cosmetic products, not medicines, and do not replace medical advice. Please read the ingredient list before use and patch test if your skin is reactive.
Governing law
These terms are governed by German law. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
