Shipping Policy
Every order is packed by hand in Mainz, Germany. Formulas are made in small batches, so what reaches you is as fresh as we can make it.
Processing time
Orders are currently prepared and dispatched within one to two working days (Monday to Friday, excluding German public holidays). Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times
- Germany: 1–3 working days after dispatch (DHL).
- European Union: 3–7 working days after dispatch.
- Rest of the world: 7–14 working days after dispatch.
Shipping charges
- Germany: €4.90 flat rate — free on orders over €100.
- Rest of the European Union: €14.90 flat rate — free on orders over €100.
- Switzerland and United Kingdom: €24.90 flat rate (import duties payable by the recipient).
- Rest of the world: €29.90 flat rate (import duties payable by the recipient).
- All prices include German VAT where applicable. The exact shipping charge is always shown at checkout before payment.
Tracking
Every parcel is sent with tracking. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier link as soon as your order leaves us. If tracking has not moved for five working days, write to natalie@matinataskincare.com and we will follow it up with the carrier.
Customs and duties (outside the EU)
For destinations outside the European Union, any import duties, customs charges or local taxes are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the prices shown on this site.
Packaging
MIRON violet glass is protected in recyclable, plastic-minimal packaging. If anything arrives damaged, photograph the parcel and write to natalie@matinataskincare.com and we will make it right.
