We don’t believe in instant skincare solutions. Your skin needs 28 days to self -recover. We say NO to single plastic sachets. So, currently, we are working to find the best solution for you and the environment.

Natural raw ingredients can vary in colour and fragrance. We make all our products in small, fresh batches. This means that there can sometimes be slight differences in colour and scent, which is in harmony with their natural sources.

Matinata products are made from botanicals, naturally derived ingredients, plant extracts, actives and preservatives acceptable in natural cosmetic. More importantly, only ingredients proven to demonstrate beneficial effects on the skin are part of Matinata formulas.
No synthetic fragrances, sulphates, parabens and phenoxyethanol, petrochemicals, PEG, silicones.

Yes, Matinata is proven by ECOGEA Organic standard and CosmEthically ACTIVE certificate.

We use essential oils in our product formulas. These are potent ingredients and has to be very carefully dosed in product formulas. To decrease allergic potential, we include them in a smaller dosage than dermal limits. Equally important is essential oil source and quality, so we are committed to sourcing the purest organic skin-loving oils with no compromise.
Still, essential oils can cause sensitivity to some skin, so if you know that you are allergic to some essential oils, better is to avoid.

No, we do not use retinol ingredients due to sensitivity potential. You can enjoy natural ingredients rich in vitamin A like rosehip oil rich in trans-retinoic acid.

Always use SPF to protect your skin from harmful UVA and UVB during the daytime, regardless of skincare you use.
Take care you remove it in your nighttime routine. Our facial cleansing oils are brilliant at removing every trace of it.

Yes, we do not test any of our ingredients, formulas or finished products on animals. We ensure our products are cruelty-free every step of the way. Animal testing is banned in the EU.

We care about our product's highest quality, protecting botanicals delicacy and potency while preserving the environment. So we have chosen packaging that is doing so.
The bottles are made of MIRON dark purple glass which protects the delicacy and potency of our ingredients. By this, the product's quality and efficacy are preserved throughout its shelf life. Glass packaging is fully recyclable and leaves no harmful effects on the environment.
Our paper boxes are produced of chlorine and acid-free paper, absent from heavy metals sourced from responsible forestry, bio-degradable and recyclable.
