Delivery

Through the website matinataskincare.com, it is possible to purchase and deliver products within Germany, throughout the European Union, and internationally to selected countries worldwide. The shipment is delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during checkout as the delivery address.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation and prepared for shipment through our courier partners.

Estimated Delivery Times

Germany

  • Delivered Monday through Friday via trusted courier partners such as DHL or GLS
  • Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days
  • Estimated delivery within Germany: 1–4 business days from dispatch

European Union

  • Tracked international delivery
  • Delivered Monday through Friday
  • Estimated delivery within the EU: 3–7 business days from dispatch
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

International Delivery

  • Tracked international shipping available to selected countries worldwide
  • Delivery times vary depending on destination country and customs processing

Germany

International Orders

Shipping prices for destinations outside the European Union depend on the delivery address, shipment size, and package weight.

Import duties, customs fees, taxes, and other charges are not included in the product or shipping price and remain the responsibility of the Buyer.

Delivery and Receipt of Ordered Products

Boll & Boll will make reasonable efforts to deliver all ordered products. However, Boll & Boll reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of force majeure, product unavailability, or circumstances significantly affecting fulfilment.

The contract is considered concluded once payment has been successfully processed.

The Buyer receives an invoice electronically via e-mail and may be required to sign for receipt upon delivery.

Products are packaged carefully to reduce the risk of damage during transport. Upon delivery, the Buyer should inspect the shipment for visible external damage before accepting the package.

If visible transport damage exists, the Buyer should report the issue immediately to the courier and contact:

If an incorrect or damaged product is received, the Buyer should notify Boll & Boll within five (5) business days of delivery. In such cases, Boll & Boll will arrange replacement or refund where appropriate.

If the Buyer refuses delivery without valid reason or fails to collect the shipment, Boll & Boll reserves the right to charge for return shipping, handling, and related costs.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the Buyer is unavailable at the delivery address, the shipment may be redirected to a local collection point, courier depot, or post office. The Buyer will typically receive notification from the courier regarding re-delivery or collection arrangements.
