Ritual for Combination & Oily Skin

For combination, oily and unbalanced skin, a consistent routine aiming to balance oil production will bring skin to homeostasis while restoring the skin’s barrier. Avoid harsh cleansers or sulphate-based cleansers that strip the skin of lipids and the ability to stimulate it to produce more.

We have selected ingredients that hydrate the skin, natural oils rich in linoleic acid, and anti-inflammatory ingredients that soothe the skin and balance oil production. In addition, antioxidants protect the skin from harmful free radicals, promote cell repair, stimulate collagen production and prevent wrinkles.

1. Every ritual starts with cleansing

In the evening: apply 2-3 pumps of re.start cleansing oil on dry skin. Massage it in. Wet your hands and continue massaging your face until milky liquid forms. Then rinse it off with lukewarm water. You can also use the face towel method - soak a face towel in warm water, wring it out and wipe off the dirt. Finally, splash your face with cold water and pat dry.
In the morning, we recommend a shorter cleansing routine. Massage 2-3 pumps of re.start cleansing oil onto damp face to immediately emulsify the oil cleanser. Rinse.

2. Misting binds all together

Complete your cleansing ritual by soaking your skin with re.breezy mist. There is a WHY for this step - the mist improves penetration and absorption of all nutrients from serums and creams. 3. Moisturized skin is happy skin

Morning and evening, gently massage 2 drops of re.water serum onto your damp face, neck and décolleté to nourish and hydrate the skin. Always massage it into damp skin when it is most receptive. You can add a drop of re.glow oil serum for extra nourishment if you feel your skin lacks lipids in some areas.
Do not forget the neck and décolleté.

0. Beyond skin surface

Drink water. Eat foods rich in fibre, probiotics, and vitamin A (sweet potatoes, carrots, spinach, kale), including essential fatty acids necessary for hormone production. Zinc plays an important role in regulating sebaceous gland activity. Avoid too many inflammation triggers (sugar, trans fats, constant stress, alcohol). Finally, pay attention to a balanced sleep rhythm - it is not called beauty sleep for nothing.
